On my practice:
I have been practicing daily meditation since 2015 after having intense symptoms of PTSD and CPSD including debilitating anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. I learned in the beginning of my practice mostly by sitting with the natural world, spending extended amounts of time in solitude in nature. In 2019 I moved to Dhamma Dena Meditation Center where I learned from Arinna Weisman in the Theravada Buddhist Tradition, or insight meditation. This method was adapted to the western mind. I then spent time learning with Kim Pence and am continuing my learning with the Last Mask Center where I learn to integrate transpersonal skills with this offering. I have intuitively developed a method of meditation rooted in connecting to the elements within our own bodies. My goal in sharing this offering is to create a space where we can honor the earth from within, and find a moment of equanimity in a world with so much chaos.
