This Kitchen Magick blend was creates by the most tasty plant friends I was able to spend time with this summer. Created with the lunar cycles, this gentle blend contains a foundation of organic milky oats, with an infusion of the delicious organic plum, hawthorn, thyme, rosemary in white wine vinegar and honey. I harvested all plants from the Pacific Northwest this summer. Work with this oxymel by the dropper or in bubbly water for a heart nourishing tonic that calms the nervous system.
